Aschau altitude trail

From the Metzgerwirt proceed through Spertental, along the River Ache to Aschau. Bear left after the Kneipp facilities heading to the upper area of the Rackstattalm and from there proceed back on the altitude path. After Seewaldalm directly via Aschau there are then two short, sharper ascents to the highest point, the Hiesleggalm. From there proceed on the gravel trail down to Gauxerstadel and the ski rest point, then back to the Metzgerwirt.
